With the app, you’ll get updates every time a new milestone is reached, so you’ll never wonder what’s happening or where things stand. We’ve even curated a series of pro tips applicable to each milestone, to help navigate and interact with the process. It’s the next best thing to being on-site yourself.

Personalized Photo Gallery

Every new home we build is photographed at key milestones, from foundation to finish, and all the photos are sent directly to your home’s app—so if you buy mid-construction, you’ll still get to see your home’s baby pictures. Browse the photos and take a tour of your home as it comes together. Photos also provide valuable reference documentation of things like placement of in-wall components.

Communication Central
